MORE THAN 60 YEARS OF HISTORY

On January 15, Crosland Técnica SA was established. The company was named after its founder, Charles Crosland. We began operations as representatives of the Rolls-Royce Limited engine brand.

We founded the company Alternadores y Grupos Electrógenos S.A. (ALGESA), which was dedicated to the manufacture of alternators, generator sets and hydraulic turbines.

We have been appointed as a distributor for General Motors Electro Motive Division (EMD) for the sale and service of diesel-electric locomotives.

We started the generator rental business. We later added earthmoving equipment and lighting towers to our rental line. In 2013, we partnered with the Spanish company General de Maquinarias (GAM), which transferred its assets to GAM Peru. We are currently minority shareholders.

We entered the seaweed export business. The assets of this business were transferred to ALGAEX S.A. in 2016.

We became representatives of the Bajaj brand in Peru. Currently the leading brand in motocars and motorcycles in the country, after 25 years of collaboration.

We are representing Kawasaki in Peru, a Japanese brand with over 120 years of experience, offering a wide variety of models for different types and styles of motorcyclists.

We began operations in the real estate sector, offering rentals for offices, warehouses, commercial and industrial premises.

We created the Inca Rail company and began operations in 2009 with the Cusco – Machu Picchu route.

We created Crosland Servicios Administrativos S.A.C. to provide administrative and storage support to the group's companies.

We entered the consumer goods segment, representing various brands in the accessories category, such as MT Helmets, Shaft, HRO, HJC, and others.

We entered the gastronomic sector with the creation of Limaná, a premium Peruvian restaurant based on superfoods.

We have become the exclusive representatives of iFIT in Peru, the number one fitness company in the United States, specializing in the development of innovations for health, fitness, and well-being.

We created our specialty sporting goods store, ROK. We entered the luggage and backpack market after assuming representation of Case Logic and Thule, a Swedish company with over 70 years of experience.
